do they fit well for 2E width shoes?

I use them in my extra wide toe box shoes, and the width seems okay; however, the length is a bit tricky. When I used the wide guidelines suggested on the website, I found what was delivered was about 3/4" short. This has been uncomfortable for me. Just be aware or be willing to return for a different size.

This are mens but they make them for women. Type in sof sole airr insole for women and select the correct size range so that you don’t have to trim them much if any at all. The mens are sized differently than the women

Are these thinner than the Sof Sole Athlete model?

No, they are definitely thicker than the athlete model. I have used the airr performance for over ten years now, this is the thickest padding of all of their insoles (I have tried the athlete version).

What is the heel to toe drop in mm?

Best I can tell you is to convert inches to mm
