Review: Defective product - I was delivered a defective product which doesn’t power on. I have requested for a refund And the seller is yet to contact me. Terrible experience

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SMEG coffee maker-happy customers
*by A***A on 3 February 2021*

When we finally made the decision to purchase this coffee maker not going to lie the reviews made it harder to decide as it is a very expensive coffee maker for what you are getting. But we are very happy with it! It looks great on counter and the machine itself is very easy to use and the beeping sound is not loud at all. The spot where the water goes is a little tighter than we would like but nothing that should stop you from buying it. We are loving our new appliance!
