I tell people at work and the gym wear I got this and recommend it for anyone who wants to do hip extensions, ab/adductions, and flexion on a cable machine or resistance bands. Is just what I was looking for. has two d-rings so coming loose or ruining the velcro doesnt bother me. Not super expensive and is great. I'm happy with this purchase and if you want one. the thickness is great for going heavy. like really heavy. 100lb kick backs, no problem. DURABLE, yes COMFY, yes EASY TO PUT ON, yes GOOD PRICE, yes QUICK SHIPPING, yes only 1, not a pair. I bough a leather one with a buckle, they are not comfy at first and take time to put on. So I say start off with this if your looking to get into something similar. These set the standard when comparing.

I had one of these for over 30 years and when it went missing after one of my workouts I was quite disappointed. I'd searched for a replacement at the local fitness supply retailers with no luck. I had settled for a far lesser product from a big-name sporting goods retailer (D---'s). It was simply trash, and ended up returning it after the first use. After some time I eventually found these on Amazon - without hesitation I ordered 2. They appeared to be as well constructed as my originals, what had not only lasted over 30 years, but were still in solid condition after decades of use. These Harbinger straps are simply one of the best made fitness products I have ever owned. The Faux-sheepskin inner padding holds-up remarkably well as do the broad Velcro straps. These also have not one, but two, thick D-rings per strap. Order a pair - you should be quite happy with them for years to come

Simple and effective. Neoprene is on inside of strap for padding the leg/ankle. Outside of strap is standard, non-elastic nylon strapping. Secures in place using velcro. End of strap simply passes through the metal loop and velcros into place, no doubling back. Because of this design, fit is as snug and exact as you want it to be. I use it to work hip flexors (hook on to weight resistance behind me then raise leg like I'm running). I use moderate weight resistance and the padding is plenty to keep it comfortable, allowing me to focus just on the movement. I bought one to make sure it worked well. At this price, no problem buying a second to save me the trouble of switching it from leg to leg between sets.

I'm a woman with slim ankles, and this cuff is really comfortable, easy to put on and remove, and fits me well. It's excellent at letting me target my hip muscles, and I think for the price the quality is excellent. I think it'll be a useful part of my gym equipment for years.

I bought this to do fairly light reps with as I'm a small person (5'3") and female. I noticed that some of the other ankle attachments for sale on amazon seem to have been reviewed by giant people. I would say that this one is just right for someone on the smaller side if you make the attachment as tight as possible. It doesn't chafe at all. I am very sensitive and I was not bothered in the least using this - it doesn't scratch, there are no rough edges. The neoprene padding feels good. You don't feel the D ring against your skin. It feels well made and solid. I highly recommend this, particularly if you are on the smaller side. The picture for this product is inaccurate as it makes this thing look kind of cheap and tiny looking. The real attachment looks much bigger and is substantial.

I could not wait to see how this cuff compared to the non-padded strap I had been using which scratched and pulled on my skin. I typically wear low rise socks so the cuff will always be directly against my skin. The neoprene padding (4.5 mm thick according to the tag on the cuff) is in a word: ideal. It did not pull my skin or create any pressure on my ankle/calf. The padding is very smooth and in turn comfortable. The outer nylon band is soft, but never actually touches my skin, so I have no fear of possible scratching. The strap is adjustable for a snug fit. For those who are interested - the D ring is large - approximately 2.5" inner diameter at the widest point closest to the cuff. I have had them a short time, so I can not comment on how they hold up over time, but they feel & appear very durable.

I love this ankle cuff, wish I had bought 2 for times when each set of exercise involves doing alternate legs non stop. I have tested it on cable machine for all angles of movement namely: resisting weight from back to front and vice versatile, resisting from adductor to abductor and vice versa, runner's kick and hamstring kickback. The 2" D- ring did not get in the way nor dug into my ankle. The whole strap is 16.5" long x 2" wide, the quarter inch-thick padded portion is 9.5" long. The Velcro looks commercial grade to me and therefore it may be able to hold heavy weight. This strap is definitely suitable for small ankle because I used it. Even if your ankle measures 12" you still have 2" of Velcro attachment. I have a feedback for all vendors who charge shipping (4-8$) for one item. Using usps it wouldn't cost 16$ to ship out a light weight product such as this ankle strap, a cell phone cover or a 1 oz product, for instance. If they will be creative in their packaging some customers will buy more than 1.

Cómodo de usar y cumple su función perfectamente . El diámetro de mi tobillo mide aprox 22 cm y me ajusta muy bien sin quedar flojo. Se me hace caro comparado con otras marcas porque solo incluye una pieza (tuve que ordenar dos para tener el par) pero vale la pena por la calidad del producto, en general se siente resistente durante el uso y el velcro no se despega fácil.

I broke my wrist a few weeks ago and have not been able to get a proper resistance workout in since, as I cannot use my hand. Spent a lot if time researching my options and decided on this product. This puppy works great!! It fits like a mitt around my cast and doesn't slide around. Seems to be constructed well and the metal rings are sturdy and thick. I'm currently happy with the decision.

Lo compre solo porque no me gusta estar ‘peleando’ por brazaletes en el gym pero estoy sorprendido de la calidad. Es simple, cómodo y súper útil, el largo del Velcro permite una sujeción ideal en tobillo o brazos/muñecas; Para mi un brazalete es más que suficiente para trabajar dado lo fácil de colocárselo pero, quizá compre el par solo por la calidad/utilidad del producto EDIT: Compre el par simplemente por la utilidad y calidad del producto

This one is a great product for strengthening your gluteus and thighs . Good cushioning and stable hanger. Velcrow is also of great quality. I attach it with weights in gym . Very useful for fitness freaks .

The quality is definitely even better than I was expecting. The adhesive is very strong but still easy to adjust. The material is very thick and sturdy for joint stabilization. It has become my workout must have. A reminder that it only comes with one though.
