I would like it a little larger. The ad description leads you to believe that it is bigger but for someone of a larger size, it does not. It does not wrap around the hip like the picture shows. This was the main reason I bought it. However, I still gave it 5 stars because it fits well on my knee and actually came cooled. Wasnt very cool so it could've been from the colder weather but it worked for the moment. This works great! The velcro straps make it easy to keep in place! Stays cold for quite a while! I recently had surgery and I ordered two so that O can alternate between them to keep swelling down! I can’t wait to see how it does as a heat pack.
