Very nice quality, bladder capacity 2 litter, many pockets to fit small size items you may need at police checkpoints. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lives upto expectations *by C***N on 6 November 2022* A decent product. Comes with a 2.5 ltr water pouch. Easy to fill and fits in well inside the bag. Lots of space in the bag as it has multiple pockets. Ideal for trail running, cycling. However, for marathons, I thing this really slows you down a bit. Can be avoided if there are enough hydration points in any marathon event.
