Organic Matcha Ceremonial Grade – BI-

This is by far my favorite matcha brand. I’ve tried several ceremonial-grade matchas, and none have delivered the same vibrant green color and rich flavor as this one. The quality is immediately noticeable the moment you open the package...the powder is incredibly fine, with a fresh, grassy aroma that signals its authenticity. What sets this matcha apart for me is the taste!!! It has that smooth umami flavor with a subtle natural sweetness and zero bitterness when prepared properly. I use it for traditional whisked matcha as well as lattes, and it always blends beautifully without clumping. The color stays bright and vivid, even when mixed with milk or water, which speaks to its high quality and freshness. Knowing that it’s sourced from Uji, Kyoto (a region known for producing some of the best matcha in Japan) adds to my confidence in the product. Pretty delicious matcha, this one was one of my first matcha's ever. I think it's pretty decent especially since everything is sold out everywhere. I think it's good for beginners. It's pretty smooth, no clumps, and a decent size for the price. It gives me good energy and keeps me going through out my day.

My son and I love this matcha. He’s loving it a little too much and we are out again. I’m about to purchase again for the 3rd time. I love it so much because it gives me energy but, calms me at the same time. I know that sounds funny but, I am an anxious person. If I drink coffee or energy drinks, I’m a nervous wreck. If I don’t, I’m a sloth. So this is my new best friend. Makes me feel like a super hero.

i’m a matcha newbie and never liked drinking it but decided to try for the health benefits. the size is pretty good for the price but it does get overpowered by cow milk so i have to add more matcha. if you want a nutty flavor use almond milk. easy to blend but i recommend a matcha whisk or something cause there are some chunks (expected tho). there isn’t much bitterness to it so i love it. i prefer sweet matcha

Good price, not as strong matcha flavor as I’d like even after using 4g

This matcha is probably one of the highest-quality options you can purchase on Amazon! The aroma when you whisk it is very pleasant, and the color is vibrant. The flavor is mild, making it perfect for a cup of matcha latte, whether hot or cold.

I was so excited for this to come in and it didn’t disappoint! It’s super vibrant (the picture is a brown sugar latte I made and it’s still vibrant!), it has an amazing taste, great microfoam, fresh, and super cute packaging. So happy with this.

I decided to make my own Matcha teas and nearly backed out of it all. I didn't know you needed another 18 kitchen utensils or the 57 point check list, to ensure taste and be free of nuclear radiation. After 4 days of intensive research Matcha Bi popped up and I took a wild chance with no reviews or photos . The very next day a made a middle of the road bubbly not foamy Latte with a wooden spoon and a jar to shake the milk up. It was delicious. I ordered my second tin and a milk frother and look forward to several more cups in the future with this brand. I only took product photos and not results. Once the frother arrives, I'll update. The flat drink would not have done the Matcha justice.

I'll preface this review with admitting that I am a total beginner to higher quality matcha, but nonetheless I really love this one! To me, it has a pronounced grassy flavour but with little to no bitterness. It doesn't leave any strange aftertaste and is very smooth. It works great in a latte! I think the price point is fair given that you only need a small amount to achieve good flavour.

Update from previous review package had been left at house two doors down so all ended well! Product is premium have tried other matcha brands however always return to this one it foams well and taste is of a Good quality product . Will probably stick to this one from now on ,let's just hope no issues with delivery.
