A: No, it can't. I also bought 33 inch, works great for pulldown and lifting,  lat machine etc home gym equipment

Item arrived extremely quickly and appears well made. Hooked up straight away to cable multi-gym and very impressed. So far, quality appears very good, welds are clean and appear strong. Time will tell but so far very good.
