I picked up this 52‑pack of Truswe 4‑inch cut‑off wheels and they’ve been really useful. The thickness is good for general metal and bolt cutting, and having a big pack means I don’t worry about running out during a project. They cut cleanly enough and hold up well for what they’re intended to do. These aren’t premium wheels meant for heavy industrial use, but for everyday garage work and automotive trimming they’re reliable and affordable. Having plenty on hand is nice. I can grab a fresh one whenever the old wheel starts to dull without thinking twice.

I would give a 5star except the center hole was not cut open completely on one disc so far. Not a real issue if you look at the disc before installing it on the grinder. Some reviews have stated these wheels come apart easily and quickly but I find that they last as long as either the Dewalt or Forney products from the local hardware store. Cutting wheels are laminated fiberglass and grit that are not designed for a lot of pressure but use the rpm of your grinder to cut. I cut multiple pieces to fabricate a support truss for a Jeep axle with one minor amount of damage on a disc. That was my fault due to the angle of the cut. I don’t think you will find a better quality at a comparable price. If you are going to use lots of force, break the bank and purchase diamond edge steel cutting wheels.

A little weak and easier than others to break but they get the job done no problem. Cut 3/16 thick 2in angle iron no problem.

Pleasantly surprised with these discs. I have been dismantling a 30 foot long, 8 foot diameter, 1/4" (6.35mm) thick steel oil tank for a couple of weeks. I have been buying and trying scores of discs from various local brands as well as amazon sellers. I am intimately familiar with the differences in longevity and cutting ability of various blades. My expert diagnosis is, that these blades are above average. I agree with another review here, that these blade are better overall than the standard cutting discs offered by Harbor Freight. I'll add in addition that these blades are comparable to the higher quality "Hercules" blades from Harbor Freight but they are slightly thinner, so they end up with a faster cutting speed but sacrifice a bit of longevity. I have witnessed these differences side by side on the toughest material in real time for hours at a time for many days. This has been the best bang for buck I found found thus far If you a interested, the absolute best disc I have used so far is made by Norton Abrasives. You can find their website and they do sell in large bulk orders.

Cut off disks seem to work really well. A lot better than the doall disks I have been using. Fast cutting, and seem to last longer.
