WORLD HARBORS SAUCE ISLAND MANGO 16OZ

Smoked a pork loin and used this sauce as a glaze during the last 15 minutes of the smoke. The mango sauce added a little more spice and a lot of tang to the pork loin. I also used the mango sauce as a spread on a thin sliced pork sandwich and loved it. The sauce is proving to be a versatile addition to my kitchen. Cannot wait to try it on pork spare ribs. Do yourself a favor and look for the sauce in your supermarket. I discovered that Giant Food does carry the sauce.

This can be used as a dipping sauce, or for cooking. Has a bit of tang that I love. Is good on both chicken and shrimp. Will purchase this again!

Great sauce, especially on salmon and fish tacos. The only problem is the experation date was set for a week after I received it.

This marinade is great - I just poured it over cut up chicken pieces & heated in a fry pan - good over rice - makes a tasty meal. The same is true for the Maui Mountain marinade/sauce. Both are delicious although a bit pricey.
