You can use your fingers or a brush . I found that using my fingers worked best.

Does this work on all skin tones? Mainly will it work for darker skin?

TLM flawless color changing foundation has a color changing effect, and people with good dark skin can also use it. It is designed for daily use and will give your skin that illuminating silky finish other foundations just do n’t provide.

How easily does Does it blend n lighter skin? Darker skin?

When I placed my order for this product I ordered for light to medium complexion. It starts off very lite and when you apply it your skin warms it, it starts to darken to skin tone. It blends perfectly for me. Hope this helps.

Does it give an actual full coverage? Also, can you use contour creams and finishing powders on top of it, or would that mess with color change tech?

Idk what these people are talking about. This product is awesome. Put it on lightly for the best color matching. A little goes a long way. I use a primer with mine and it seems to help even more. I've also layered it before to get fuller coverage. And I finish with a translucent powder to take care of any possible sticky feeling. This is the ONLY foundation I've ever found that really matches my natural complexion.
