So far, this bag has been great. I've used it as a sandbag, as an anchor for my battle rope, and as a sled - it is very versatile. It's the perfect size for an anchor and doesn't move no matter how hard I slam the rope.The hole in the middle is great for sandbag work. The fabric feels sturdy and isn't too rough on the hands. You can also use the handles.I've overstuffed mine with more weight than is recommended - it's about 50 lbs. No issues with this much weight.I am confused as to why "punching bag" is included in the name of the product. There's no way to hang it up and it's too small for ground-n-pound.But overall, a solid piece and versatile piece of equipment.

Ist aus hochwertigem Material gefertigt und einfach mit z.B. gefüllten Wasserflaschen (nicht wie von z.B. Standboxsäcken gewohnt direkt mit Wasser befüllen, ist nicht wasserdicht), Sandsäcken oder Steinen zu befüllen. Ich habe zum beschweren Wasserflaschen genommen und benutze das Teil als Bodenanker für meinen Doppelendball. Funktioniert super.
