First impression was that they are not as soft and rubbery as the originals, but there’s not much in it. Followed an online tutorial video on how to replace my thumb sticks - was so easy I didn’t need the tutorial when doing it a second time on the other controller. At first the left joystick wouldn’t snap back into the central neutral position, but I repetitively pressed and wriggled it and it settled fine. Now all works well and looks good as new! Not quite good-as-new in how it feels, but very close.
