What should I do about it?** A: The Teflon tape goes on the male threads of the pipe sticking out of the wall. Wrap it four to five times making sure to cover all the threads. The tape is not to protect the threads but to make a water tight seal between the male and female threads. You can follow the instructions on the pictures on the page. **Q: Is it metal or plastic showerhead?** A: It is ABS material with chrome plating. **Q: Anyone have trouble with the ball joint not moving?** A: Yes… you first need to tighten the arm on to the water pipe, then the ball joint will move. I couldn’t tighten it by hand, but used an adjustable wrench to do it.
