I used these misters in two very different applications, in the first greenhouse they sat straight above the plant, (about 12"), worked perfectly. in the second they were much higher (between 6' and 8') and they produced too narrow of a spray pattern. I would recommend them in a heartbeat if you are misting at close range for plants but they are too fine and directed for anything higher.

This product is easy to install but I found that the nozzles allowed too much water to flow through and is not ideal for my 15 x 15 tiki hut. I found the solution to be the following. Buy the 0.2 mm Replacment nozzle which reduces the amount of water. Secondly I bought the brass mist plugs to shut off some of the heads so I can reduce the number of mist heads per section. Hope this helps others. Other than that, it’s really easy to install, works well if setup properly ( heads spaced out properly for the area of coverage needed.

Me gustó la calidad ahora debo probarlo para saber si se requiere de una pequeña motobomba que impulse el agua, les contaré…

In our condominium townhome, we have an inner patio between our garage and the house. There are a total of 200 square feet of bare ground which I use for a "vertical" kitchen garden, and there is a cement slab on which I have mounted a 13'x13' Coleman Canopy. This is Southern California, where we pay high summer electric bills for air-conditioning, and pray daily to God that we will have a rainy and cold winter. So I got the idea for mounting a water-misting kit on the upper braces of the canopy frame. I tried two kits: one from EBay, and this HomeNote kit purchased here. The EBay kit's nozzles would clog and begin squirting water like a child's water pistol. Well, I guess information costs money. The tubing is still good. The HomeNote kit creates a better water mist than you will find around any So-Cal restaurant outdoor patio. You can buy an Orbit water-filter and put it in-line between your garden hose and the misting assembly. Again, this is So-Cal, particularly Riverside known for its hard water and calcium deposits. You can buy the large paperclips with the two hinged levers in a pack at Staples and use them to secure the hoses to a canopy frame -- with wire ties looped through the hinges of the clips. So far, I'm pleased with this kit. It has extra nozzles, and you can also buy a 10-pack of Home Note nozzles and fittings for a few dollars more. I've been running the misting kit every day for about a week now, and there have been no problems at all with the nozzles. If you have to cut or modify the tubing between the nozzles, you need a device that makes straight cuts through the tubing. This eliminates the problems of leaks dripping from the nozzles.
