The artisans in Italy must have steady hands and a lot of talent! They are, as advertised, 4-1/2" or a tad larger. Every single time I see them, which is fairly often, I have to smile because the angelfish seem to have expressions on their faces (I purchased two angelfish). One of them looks like he's been out all night and the other looks like she's been with him. Now that I really think about it, she has a frown on her face and I can just see her thinking, ". . . . . oh sure, HE can go and close his eyes. I have to get the fry up, fish around for breakfast, swim the school of fry to school . . . ." Well, these truly are well painted with excellent colors and I do love them!!
