I wanted to find a nootropic that would be a decent and healthier alternative to branded drugs like adderall or vyvanse. After researching on Amazon and other sites for a general consensus, I decided to choose NeuroHealth because it claimed to be plant-based and less synthetic. I wanted a supplement that was less aggressive but still had notable effect. NeuroHealth doesn't give me energy or a feeling of laser focus, but after a week I noticed improvement in my memory and ability to think quicker in the moment. After a few weeks I could confidently say I was sharper in instances of recalling more insignificant details and felt less jumbled with handling multiple tasks. I had a headache the first few days when I started taking NeuroHealth, but that may have been due to dehydration. The headaches were only 2-3 days. Definitely drink water before or ramp up with 1 pill a day. The packaging says to take pills before a meal, but I take them after breakfast or with my meal mostly. I haven't noticed a difference or any buzz/jitters whether I eat while taking the pills or not. Though. definitely eat something within 30 minutes of taking the pills or you may feel nausea. This doesn't work very good for me. I thought I'd save a few bucks and bought this instead of Prevgan. This product does work but doesn't keep me as focused as Prevagen

It definitely works and you feel the effects of it within 30 minutes. It made me a little nauseous, but I forgot to eat with it. It helped my mood for sure. It lasted for quite a few hours and was pretty easy to take. It's the size of a normal supplement pill. It does give you energy! I can't say if it effected my sleep quality or not.

I haven't been taking them long but I see an upswing in my memory and energy. I hope this isn't just a cycling affect and it's really the capsules but I won't know for sure until this bottle is done. So far so good. If I buy again I'll write a more knowledgeable review.

What's interesting about this product is that I felt the effects within a few hours, and the balance between concentration and calm is impressive. With other products, I felt either focused but disconnected from the world and moody, or hyperstimulated and agitated. I feel very balanced and ready to face the day with limited anxiety and renewed energy. I've started drinking a lot of coffee at the same time as these intakes, but I don't feel like I need more than a few sips today with this one. Obviously, this is the beginning and other factors may come into play, but to be honest, it's an impressive start. I'll update after a few weeks, as I'm following these supplements closely, knowing that self-medication carries risks. EDIT: I've been taking for 2 weeks now. Still feeling the desired effects of longer periods of focused work. I anticipate it slightly dropping from everyday use, but it is working great. EDIT 2: I've been using this product in and out for about 6-7 months now. It is worth the hype. Great results. Your body does get used to it so don't hesitate to cycle on and off. EDIT 3: I have been using this product for over a year now. Still as reliable as ever. Important to be careful when using with other supplements as can result in undesirable side effects. My body has definitely gotten used to it, though I can feel a difference on days I am not using. Great helper, not a lifelong solution. Happy customer!
