I cannot tell you how poorly designed this toilet is. I can, but if you own one, you already know. One of my many complaints is that the flapper needs to be replaced about every 18-24 months. Why? I have no clue. My other toilets don't have the same issue. I have tried other aftermarket parts, and they don't last as long. These are the best.
