I used this to make my home gym setup, and it has been great!I like that you can just change the weights whenever you want.I don't like how easily the locks can be unlocked on its own by using it, but it is not a big deal in most cases, it just doesn't feel very secure sometimes, so I had to relock it again.

The item came in as described in the product listing. The quality looks great and this is really the best value for your money if you want to set up a small working space to exercise at home. It comes with a bar which you can mount and extend your regular sized dumbbell bar into a full long bar.
