Best not taken on an empty stomach, and probably not suitable for people with IBS or other sensitive stomach issues. There can be a slight “come-down” feeling afterward, but nothing too severe. Good value for money and easy to swallow. Caffeine can actually help with headaches as it reduces pressure in the head due to its diuretic effect (this was explained to me in hospital — I’m not a doctor).
