## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this fire blanket be used on grease, electric, paper, clothing and appliance fires?**
A: Designed to smother small household fires by cutting off oxygen with no water or chemicals, so it does work on kitchen grease, electric, clothing fires. As well as small appliance fires, paper fires, and contained flammable liquid spills.

**Q: Is the fire blanket reusable? What material is used to make it? Does it come in a storage pouch?**
A: It is made from woven fiberglass fabric designed to resist high temperatures and help to smother flames. The blanket is intended for single use. Replace if it becomes damaged. Comes in a compact, wall-mountable storage pouch for quick access.

**Q: How does the blanket stop a fire? Does it leave residue like a fire extinguisher? How quickly can it be deployed?**
A: It deploys in seconds by pulling down the release tabs then covering the flames and cutting off the oxygen supply, which helps extinguish small fires quickly. The blanket leaves no chemical residue or cleanup associated with fire extinguishers.

**Q: Is it easy for adults to use? Where can this fire blanket be used and stored for quick access like home emergency kits?**
A: The simple pull-tab design allows quick deployment without training. Ideal for wall mounting or accessible locations in kitchen, garage, RV, workshop, boat, and cars. It’s a compact, essential addition to home safety and emergency preparedness kits.

**Q: Is a fire blanket better than a fire extinguisher? What size fires is it designed for?**
A: Fire blankets and extinguishers serve different purposes. A blanket is ideal for quickly smothering small fires without chemical spray. Intended for small, contained fires in early stages. Not a replacement for professional firefighting equipment.
