does this product come with abs

Haha , sadly no but it’s a very comfortable swim brief .

Did these shorts make the models nipples different sizes?

I can’t speak for the model, but my nipples stayed the same size throughout use of the product. I anticipate yours will too, but can make no guarantees.

Would at xl fit at 37 or a 38?

I am a 38 and it fits me. It is a tad tight but I am not planning on wearing it more than a couple of times

Does this material stretch?

Yes, the material does stretch some, but the sizes are pretty much dead on. I ordered according to the chart provided and have not had a problem.
