I feel very peaceful especially when resting. I think it's orthopedic because it reduced my pain.If you have intense pain and need to keep warm, you can do this with the insert. Its insert is a USB powered and very simple to use heater. It has a fabric-like coating. So it doesn't bother. It is also quite soft.I don't use it because I don't like it hot. At first it feels too hard and it was painful but my neck was painful anyway, but after ten minutes or so it really helped the pain. I used it twice a day for 15 minutes and the neck pain went, trying to keep using it regularly to avoid the pain coming back. I would recommended.
