Perfect for little jobs
I needed adhesive to attach a retractable child gate. I did not want to screw into concrete and I tried gorilla glue heat sticks and was not enough adhesion. I used about 1/2 the tube on each rod (1 rod holds the retractable mesh gate and the other side has clips to attach mesh opens to a gate position). The cement does take about 6 hours to hold and dry & I need to tape it to set. Afterwards it stuck perfectly and after 2 months it has not moved with opening and closing the gate. It is solidly on with no movement and very durable so far. I used the remaining amount to use on a transition strip on the floor (this stick that you put when carpet ends & tile starts or tile to hardwood). The divider had been kicked off and I tried the glue above which didn't work after 1 week. This product worked quickly and easily and has not moved whatsoever in over 1 month. Very happy with it and will order again to attach a ring doorbell system. GREAT VALUE !

Power Grab adhesive saved the day!
What a fantastic construction adhesive! It works by eliminating the need for nails and screws in many DIY (do-it-yourself) repair jobs. This is a water based, durable, high strength construction adhesive that dries, cures, and hardens solid in approximately 24-48 hours. There's hardly any smell to this Power Grab adhesive and it's very easy to use (see my photos of the packaging). I used this Power Grab to repair a towel rack in the bathroom. My son had pulled one side of the towel rack out from the wall trying to catch his balance. I noticed that the hanging side of the towel rack was only attached to drywall and not a stud. To get started: I wiped away any loose drywall and particles from the hole and the mounting hardware on the towel rack. I filled the hole and coated the mounting hardware on the towel rack with Power Grab. I then positioned my towel rack back into place by using a very tall tripod (in it's closed position) to support the towel rack until it dried, cured, and hardened. Instead of giving the Power Grab the approximate 24-48 hours to dry, cure and harden, I gave it 72 hours because I used a lot to fill a huge hole. After 72 hours, I checked on my towel rack and it was stable and securely attached to my bathroom wall; I couldn't be happier! This Power Grab adhesive saved the day and I definitely find value in it's purchase!

Saved the day; this stuff was MAGIC.
A couple of years ago the center panel on the medicine cabinet in my fatherโs bathroom broke. One of the hinges had given up the ghost, and after a long time trying to find a replacement hinge to fix it, my father just gave up and lived with an open center to his 3-panel medicine cabinet. Now that weโre putting his house on the rental market, we went back to the drawing board to try to find a solution to this annoying problem. Once again we tried in vain to find a hinge to replace the one that broke (only to discover that the cabinet was made by a European manufacturer that no longer made these sorts of hinges). It was starting to look like we might have to remove this entire cabinet - which would require hiring an electrician, since the unit was wired for lights, and had two electrical outlets inside. So, yโknow: expensive. And that didnโt even include the cost to buy a new cabinet. We *really* didnโt want to go that route if we could help it. I had an idea, so I asked a friend who was super-handy if he thought there was a way we could just attach it with epoxy or something. I knew it would mean the door would be unusable, but there was plenty of storage space in the other two cabinet, so, while not a perfect solution, at least it didnโt require several hundred dollars to replace. My friend recommended this Loctite Power Grab: โIt sticks to everything, and itโs really strong,โ he said. And wow, he wasnโt kidding. I put just one strip of the glue along the bottom and top of the mirror (which I suspect weighed close to 10 pounds), and with the help of a friend, we lifted it, and set it in place. Within *seconds* this thing was holding, and not slipping at all. I taped it up, and shoved an old basket under it for extra support (clearly, I am a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants fix-it woman ), and left it overnight without disturbing it, just to be safe. The next morning I removed the basket and tape, and that sucker wasnโt budging for anything. Had I known it could have been this easy, I would have done this for my dad years ago. (But still, Iโm so glad I found it now!) The only drawback is that the new tenants wonโt be able to open that center door, but at least itโs there, and the other two *do* open, so itโs not like they wonโt have space. I just LOVE that this long-standing problem has been solved. And with something that cost just a little more than 5 bucks? Total magic. Iโd say that Iโd buy it again, but we hardly used any; I think this tube is going to last a long, long time. :)

Good glue.. Stays slightly flexible over time.. Holds decently.
I have been using this stuff for a while now. I have not tried the new version yet, as I am finishing up my old tube.. But, here is what I can say bout the old version. This stuff works good. It holds good, but, on some surfaces, it can be scraped off if needed (great for me because I did not want to drill holes into my computer desk to mount some equipment). I have used this stuff to hold my equipment network switch, cable modem, etc) to the underside of my computer desk. The desk is a laminate type of surface, so it is very flat and smooth. It is not that cheap laminate like you get with a $50 desk.. But a good high quality type. To save on room, I mounted things like the cable modem under the top shelf, and glued it in place with this stuff. If you plan on doing something like this, make sure it is securely positioned, and held in place, for at least 1 full day, before you let it hang off of the glue. It has held stuff up for years, with no problem.. but when one of them went a while back, I used a scraper and got all the glue off with little problem. If you glue something to the wall, expect it to take the top layer off if you have to remove it. I found that, even after years, this glue still has a little bit of flexibility to it.. Not like silicone caulking, but it still has some flexibility to it. It does not get really hard or brittle, like a lot of glues do. I found that if I get a little on my hands, if i rub them back and forth for a little bit, the glue will dry, and just kind of roll up into a ball, and come off of my hands with no problem. What I do recommend this for is.. Things that will take a decent size of dab of glue, or larger.. I do not recommend using this glue for small applications. When it dries, it is kind of like a foggy color. It comes out white, and has the consistency of about toothpaste. As long as you keep the lid on tight, it will not dry out either. I have used it on things like ceramic, with good luck too. I have not had good luck with gluing small pieces of plastic together. Overall, it does have its limitations, but it works pretty good for my needs. It would be nice if it dried a little faster, but overall, it is not too bad. I have no real complaints about it..

Very good!
Used to bind styrofoam to plastic. Works great! Fast and strong hold.

Takes too long to glue and dry
Go for it if you're willing to keep pressing the item against the wall for 10 mins until the glue dries and stays in place.

Great, solid hold.
Flag mount came loose in my brick wall. A few drops of this and it's been solid for months. And my flagpole is in a VERY windy corridor. Honestly I'm shocked how will it's holding up.

Metal to rock bonding
Glued metal to rock in a very strong bond. It didnโt seem to work at first. The rock was cold. I warmed the rock and it took instantly

Strong adhesive but works best on solid surfaces
Good adhesive for fixing lightweight items on walls and other surfaces. The bonding strength is decent in dry areas and it sticks well initially. However, on painted walls the paint layer may peel off after some time, causing the item to fall along with the paint surface. Works better on clean, solid, and non-flaky surfaces. Price also feels a little on the higher side for the quantity offered.

Used to attach a ceramic towel bar to drywall. Worked as expected with no issues. Had to hold in position with a MacGyver system but no problem
