Once if you do finally get it working you then need a turntable to put the supplied figure head bust on so you can scan it, scanning said figure takes a lot of practice and time to get anywhere near good enough to export to a 3D printer file. After you’ve spent all that time and money there is near to zero things you can scan unless you have a black sheet of plastic ( supplied with scanner) to carry around with you, a spray can of dry shampoo together with your turntable. What I’m saying here is these scanners are far from good enough to scan objects without a lot of faffing around and enormous amounts of time.
