I genuinely don’t understand how Crucial Conversations became a bestseller. It’s a repetitive, substance-starved read that promises insight but delivers little more than corporate fluff stretched across far too many pages. Page after page, it rehashes the same vague concepts without ever offering anything you can truly digest or apply in a meaningful way.

Excellent book. Worth buying every penny. Don't think too much, just buy it, read it as soon u can, and go far ahead from others. It also is in good condition and great experience of delivery also.

I ordered it in hardcover and it's in great condition and very reasonably priced. Buy it, it's excellent!
