How loud is it

How LOUD is WHAT? This today iin 2022 only shows the ice cream mixes no machine. So no doubt some of the silly answers as responses to a silly question. But basically someone forgot they were asking about a mix not a machine. At the prices these days of these mixes no wonder someone thinks they might be the machines. My over 21 year old Deni soft serve machine isn't too loud. My husbands Cruisinart machine that's newer and used for hard icecreams is Very LOUD. I have to leave the area not just the room due to hearing/inner ear problems it effects. So anyway can't answer this question today and probably not in 2016 as I doubt it showed any machines either but suspect some machines may have linked to these mixes.

Can someone please share the instructions for 1 quart or 2 quart batch? I can't find mine

It depends on what you use it for. We use it to make smoothies. I use a 10 quart blender, put in about 4 cups of fruit which is often 5 oranges (or tangerines) and a banana for the citrus flavors or 1.5 lbs strawberries and a banana (sometimes add blueberries) for the berry flavors. You can add some grapes if you want it sweeter. I add 6 ounces of mix and the rest of the ten cups is all ice cubes. Then blended together until the ice is all chopped up. Everyone in my family loves it, but with the sugar in the mix (almost 50% in most mixes) and the fruit sugar, there is a lot of sugar in the drink. If someone doesn't want their smoothie we just put in in a container and freeze it. They never last long.

How many servings does the 4.4lb mix make?

The Label says there are approx 89 servings in the bag. 1 serving is 1 2/3 Tbsp dry and it makes 1/2c of soft serve.

Question 4

I assume the mix has dried milk in it.  Is there an expiration date?

it is dairy free, but according to precision foods it is only stable to store for a year in a cool dry place.
