Very nice sight
Very nice. This sight was easy to install, and fits perfectly on my Byrna CL. It was also easy to zero in. I purchased the green dot version, and it is easy to set in bright daylight. Very happy with this purchase

For the price, it's pretty good.
For what I paid, this works petty well. The green laser is bright enough to see clearly during the day. It's adjustable so you'll need to adjust the beam for accuracy. It comes with the tool to do so and there are two adjustment points- one for height (up/down) and one to center (left/right) You probably won't be able to get it dead center but close enough that with certain guns and projectiles, it'll do the job.

GMC0NN'S SOLOFISH FREEN LASER IS MY GO-TO WHEN LOOKING FOR COMPACT PISTOL LASERS!
The SOLOFISH lasers are durable, and easy to install with a little thought. For example - the perfect fit on my ROST MARTIN RM1C 9mm compact is using the screw holes at the rear of the laser, which puts the switches about a sixteenth of an inch in front of my trigger guard, easily reached with my index finger. Some other pistols of mine use the middle hole for the same placement of the switches, and I have never had a need to use the front holes. My SOLOFISH lasers are easily adjustable for both horizontal and vertical adjustments to correspond with my borescope laser and my optics. Green dots tend to washout a bit in bright sunlight, but work great on cloudy days and at sundown into darkness. It holds zero effectively, and puts our a brilliant green dot. Visibility is excellent. If you are looking for a pistol laser (and you are if your reading these reviews) I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the SOLOFISH laser, and this vendor!!

Okay, but not great. Screw tension issues.
I really liked the compact size and the 3 position mounting alignment holes. This allows you to mount the laser with minimal gap to the trigger guard. The form factor and strong plastic material give the impression it could hold up to being knocked around a good bit. Charging took about 2 1/2 hours. It was fully depleted on arrival. There is a little blue indicator light next to the charging port that flashes while charging and goes solid when fully charged. The laser itself is very bright and easily visible in I door lighting conditions, and is bright enough to be usable on overcast days outdoors. It will still be difficult to pick it up in full sun, however, but that's going to be the case with any laser product that doesn't require goggles. So why only 3 stars? Well, it comes down to a couple of little things and one big thing. The instruction manual doesn't go into charging other than to tell you to plug it in. It doesn't mention charging time, or the indicator light that tells you charging status. You are left to figure this out on your own. Not that big a deal really. Also, the adhesive label doesn't stick on very well, and I feel like it will come off over time. They should have used a better glue and cleaned the plastic with a solvent before applying the sticker. Also not that big a deal. But the thing that really put me off about it was the actual windage and elevation adjustment screws. The windage screw is very easy to turn. So easy that I am concerned it might work its way loose under recoil. On the other hand, the elevation screw was so tight I was worried I was going to break something turning it. It's possible maybe the elevation screw was cross threaded during assembly. Or that they forgot to put some kind of friction compound on the threads for the windage screw. It would have been a 5 star reviee if the windage had more tension and the elevation didn't bind.

Junk: did not hold a zero
I bought two of these, one with the flashlight and one without. Both installed easily and produced a nice, bright laser. But neither would hold a zero. Sighted them in with a laser bore sight and went to the range. The heavier, aluminum flashlight and laser combo was on a 9mm. After one mag it was off to the left. Readjusted and tried again, with the same result. I moved on to the lightweight laser-only model that was installed on a .22 pistol. The laser stayed zeroed a little longer (presumably b/c of the light recoil), but after 40 rounds or so it was off too. These seem like nice little lights, but they must be for airguns or airsoft guns. IDK, but they do not work as intended. They're cheap-- very cheap compared to big name makers that get high marks in shooting reviews-- but they're no good. A cheap laser that isn't accurate is useless. Save up and get something you can count on. on a .22 caliber pistol. Returning and resuming the hunt at a higher price point.
