Huge Price Mark Up
The product itself was the good quality that I expected. I do, however, take issue with the fact that I received a Price Marked Product with a mark up of around 40% which I was advised were to cover costs. As a Prime member buying a Prime product delivery costs should be free so I am still unclear as to what the 40 % costs were. The company finally offered me 5% refund as a goodwill gesture which I refuse to accept and will ensure I never purchase from them again. I only awarded 2 stars as the rice itself was as expected.
