Got this for my nieces and nephews, ages 2-6 for dance parties in the basement. It is easy to use. Lights up both large and small rooms. They kids love it. Worth the cost.

If you lose a remote, the only way to turn this on is to plug and unplug it. But it is set on noise reaction only. Meaning any sound it hears the light will go off. Going to look for a universal remote to utilize this ball

It’s just a light, pattern goes random. Not so “music activated” at all. When I chose that mode, and turned music on, it went off and not light up. So the remote is basically useless. Just plug in for lights and that’s it. Got what I paid for I guess.

Got this for our Grand daughter for 5th b-day. She is quite the pretender: singer and dancer. It is perfect size for her to take wherever she wants to use it. Remote is small so it is a little difficult for her to keep track of but for the price, it is a perfect.

I am a teacher and it is so much fun when we do freeze dance Fridays to have some awesome strobe lights happening! Surprisingly, this reasonably priced strobe light does a great job of filling at least half a gymnasium with colorful lights.
