I don't normally buy food from Amazon but this was worth it. I made a chocolate ganache torte with this, and it was incredible. This is thick enough to just pinch a few pieces off of, but very sticky so using a utensil is best. I have just had this straight out of the packaging though it's sweet enough to satisfy my cravings for sugar without spiking my sugar levels. It comes double wrapped and is relatively easy to scrape out into another container. I highly recommend putting it into an air tight container if you aren't going to use this all at once.

Tasty. I know it’s nutritious and organic. I put it on cookies… I can’t help it, I keep adding cookie after cookie… it’s a date! Little at a time… time after time… yet, it lasts 🤙

If you’re trying to stay away from sugar, but you still like to bake, this is the product for you. It’s pitted dates that I’ve already had the skin removed and made into a paste. It is delicious.

I use this for baking. I as warm liquid to soak and then stir to make it smooth before adding to recipes that call for date paste or puréed dates. It’s much smoother and blend in better than trying to use whole dates.

The flavor and smooth consistency of this date paste makes it a great option for recipes calling for dates. It eliminates pitting and soaking dates. I like that the dates are organic.

Works really well for recipes. Great taste and much easier than using a food processor to blend regular dates.
