Nel primo anno con il collega Eddie Giacomin vince il Vezina Trophy che premia il miglior portiere della NHL. Descrive con storie descritte molto bene momenti e giocatori che caratterizzarono i 5 anni trascorsi a New York sotto la guida del mitico Emile (the cat) Francis. Un'epoca diversa da quella dei nostri giorni. Vivevano come una famiglia e descrive tante aneddoti che fanno di questo libro una vera chicca da gustare. Consigliatissimo!
