You have this cord that you have to attach called a cannula and the way it connects to the tank is important — my first holder was always unattached my cannula Also, if you are a diabetic, like I am, you need a place to store some sugar in case your blood sugar drops. The company that provided me with a case for my oxygen tank, gave me an OK one. But this beautiful thing with its numerous pockets and Velcro to hold the tank in place inside the bag has made this carrier an outstanding product. It’s good to look at, it’s practical, and the product stands up well against all sorts of things that one does to a tank. For example, I have a scooter and it fits nicely on the back of the scooter so I do not have to have it in my lap or on the floor by my feet. I really love this product and I think that if you got one — if you have the misfortune of being on oxygen, you would love it too.

**Q: Could you carry 2 oxygen tanks in this???**
A: Only 1 C tank fits.

**Q: Can I have a B tank in the main compartment, along with a M2 (precautionary backup only) in the pocket?**
A: I think it would be tight. M tank does not fill all room, so might slide over and fit. Don't know the B tank--if no more than couple inches around you may be able to fit it in.  All i know is the M2 works great--hands free and does not get in the way.  Best of luck.

**Q: Do I have to wear the chest strap?**
A: No, but the adjustable chest strap does stabilize the weight of the tank.  Over used it both with and without the chest strap and much prefer using the strap. Without it, I find the shoulder straps tend to slip off the shoulders as the weight of the tank makes it sway back and forth as you walk.

**Q: When will you have this in black again?**
A: Red is in stock, black is on the way to Amazon warehouse now, sorry for that.

I looked for awhile before settling on this backpack and I have to say I chose well. Its got a nice shape, fits well in the small of my wife's back and is a slim design. Red colour is a nice touch. I was worried it wouldn't ventilate enough but it is has several holes that work well for that. It's got a velcro strap that wraps around the tank and secures it. A plastic bottom provides support for the tank and the bottom of the pack has four plastic "nibs" as feet to allow it to stand up, although that depends really on how well you balance the tank We've had it for months and it performs perfectly. Highly recommend.
