I don’t believe it would work, as you first put the vinyl (or other medium), through the printer, and the cut the vinyl with the cricut. Since the roll cannot go through the printer, I don’t see how print then cut could work. **Q: Is this roll useful if you wont be using cricut smart vinyl? I do not plan on buying that vinyl.** A: It only works with cricut smart vinyl. If you have a scan n cut, it has a roller that can cut regular vinyl. **Q: Can this be used with Cricut maker? (Not Cricut maker 3)** A: This is only used for the new version of the cricut machines such as the maker 3 & explore Air 3. It’s part of the smart vinyl upgrade :) **Q: 13 inch wide?** A: It is made to perfectly fit with the Maker 3 opening. It doesn't add any width to the machine. However, you will need a little additional clearance space at the front of the unit.
