ES-17T11G1, Multi Task Ladder

After using my son's little giant, I knew I needed a new ladder. Shopped all the box stores, wholesale clubs and the Internet. Amazon.com had the size I wanted at a fraction of the price I was ready to pay. More than meet my expectations. It's a little heavy for a small women, but not bad. Easy to use and rugged as hell. You can't go wrong with this ladder.

Yes, this thing is heavy and because of that it stays planted. I don't worry about it sliding around when I get up on it. I love the ability to use it as an A frame or a straight ladder and have used it multiple times in both configurations. The locking mechanism allows me to quickly and simply change setup myself as needed. Great this summer when I used it to get up to various areas of the roof to clean out my rain gutters and install gutter guards. Afterwards, I can fold this thing down and tuck it into an out of the way corner of the garage so it doesn't get in the way.

This is a sturdy ladder, it gets the job done, and at 17 feet you can get up to almost anywhere you'd need to, BUT, this sucker is heavy. Really, really heavy. Many other heavy-ass ladders in this style come with wheels on them to make them more wieldy, but not this one. That's about the only thing I don't like about it. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

Great deal and quality. I thought at this price I would be losing out on quality to comparable ladders.....Not the case att all !!! This thing is built great, looks great, feels great and functions great and at a considerable savings over werner and especially little giants. This is pretty much equal to the werner. I had a werner for 2 years before it was stolen and I wasnt expecting much for the price when I ordered this which is why I was surprised to find such an incredible value. Dont blink or think twice. Buy this.

This is an absolute bang for your buck product here. Very well built, very much configurable, and for a good price. I saw quite a few comments about the "heavy" weight, which is just comical to me. I lift weights as a hobby and I have a pretty good idea what something weighs just by picking it up; this product weighs exactly how much the manufacturer says it does, which for the 17' ladder, is 37 pounds.

This ladder is just as nice as a little giant ladder. They are both a bit heavy, but thats because the amount of metal required to make a 17 foot ladder. It is very versatile at several different heights and the wide base really makes you feel secure compared to a regular ladder. Love it and don't regret and would recommend any others to buy if they are in the market for a ladder. It is also very easy to use.

It's a good ladder and I'm keeping it, but the images showed an elbow to turn it into two ladders...I've seen those before and thought that is what i was buying...that is better than this ladder. You can turn the extensions into a scaffold, but it's not super secure. Do over? I would buy something else...but it got the job done.

Does everything a ladder should, plus it changes sizes relatively easy! Only downside is that it’s rather heavy but all these foldable types of ladders are. Great value and easy to store
