The fly spray has nothing to do with the litter. I saw that too. **Q: Does it kill ticks?** A: I checked the label on the back. It reads: "Kills and repels stable flies, horse flies, face flies, deer flies, house flies, mosquitoes, gnats, ticks, fleas, chiggers, and lice." I never knew it was that useful! **Q: can I use this on cows** A: Honestly I don't know about use on cows but I used it for my dog. I don't see why not.
