    Just not very good.

I was expecting more from this. It has one job, to make clear ice cubes and it fails. I have tried boiled water, filtered water, tap water. I have tried it different parts of the freezer, but the best I have managed is half clear cubes. Last year I bought a small spherical clear ice cube maker at a fraction of the cost and it is miles better.  I will be going back to an cool box and tools.

     Such an effective product, very well made. Not only does this look so elegant & fancy in a drink, it melts incredibly slowly. So if you want to sip a cold whisky slowly without fear of dilution look no further. Any negative review is just due to the incompetence of the person using the product not the actual product.
