Had this for a while now and works well. i was fed up the turn table types breaking,so i bought this. Works well,easy to use,easy to clean,well made,looks good. I guess it does make more noise than the other microwaves i've used,particularly if something is pressed against the outside of the machine. The light inside could be brighter,and the fan dosnt stay on for a few mins after cooking (to reduce condensation). But overall i'm happy,and would buy one again.

we wanted a do-it-all microwave to replace our old Panasonic. This had good reviews and good spec (and not too bad a price). Very pleased with it. Simple to operate and keep clean having a flat base and not a turntable. Using the convection oven a lot too for more and more food rather than use our main oven. Excellent.

This is a good product, Ive used it for 6 months so far. I preferred the previous incarnation with the pull down door which meant you could access the interior from either side, but this is as good functionally. It works well as a convection oven but I suspect the temperature is much lower than that indicated and takes longer to cook stuff than in a normal convection oven in face when cooking stuff that's supposed to go in at 180 degrees I cook at 220. That's a huge difference, otherwise your food is still raw or you need to double cooking time. The issue appears to be that the convection oven isn't really a convection oven, it's a grill with a blower. The upside is that it uses much less energy and only takes 3mins to heat to temperature, but to be honest I've all but stopped using the convection oven for cooking oven chips since they need high temperature. I'd buy it again if I was looking for a decent microwave but beware of its limitations.

I'm very pleased with this microwave, it has a nice sleek design, easy to use and more powerful than my previous 900w microwave. The flat bed design makes a lot more sense than a turntable. Don't forget to remove the protective film on the control panel.

I bought this in the hope that it would work out cheaper to run than my big oven. Sadly that's not the case. It takes so long to heat up and cook things that it's no cheaper despite being half the capacity. Took an hour to cook a frozen pizza. Microwave is okay. It's a microwave. I gave away a perfectly good £30 microwave to make room. Grill takes ages. Toast is like rusks by the time it's brown. Not sure what the point of the light and the glass door is as it's almost impossible to watch anything cooking through it. It takes up so much room as it likes to have space to the sides and above so it's difficult to find a spot in my kitchen. Instruction manual is a waste of time - pages and pages of dos and donts then a paragraph on how to use it. A few recipes would have been good to familiarise yourself with it. I wasted my money. Update: I am even more annoyed with myself for buying this pile of ****. The convection oven is a waste of time and space and energy. The microwave is also not fit for purpose. I'm currently disabled and tried to do a frozen shepherd's pie, ready meal - 8 mins, stand for 1 min then cook for another 8 mins. The pie was burnt to a crisp at one end and still frozen in the middle. There's no turntable. So I suppose it was always going to happen. It's not fit for purpose. Should be withdrawn.

Bought to replace my old combination microwave. I didn't want anything over complicated and this looked perfect. Pleased to say for my uses it is perfect. A massive improvement on my old one, nice clean button placements and easy to use.

Microwave is ok but that’s more or less what it is. Was expecting it to replace my big Ikea oven/grill that’s slowing dying but the grill on this takes forever and hardly browns stuff. Took 55 minutes to cook chicken scewers until they were even a little bit brown. Oven function is probably ok, but best used with microwave/oven combo, otherwise the recommended time is very long. Bought an airfryer now and I’m much happier with the result. So I guess this is going to be just a very expensive microwave.

The microwave has to be repeatedly paused so that you can reposition the food. I wish I had bought one with a turntable. Update, roughly 6 months after delivery it started to make a loud electric clang type sound each time the microwave engaged. This also happened in combi mode and as the machine got hotter the sound seemed louder. No problem returning it
