This product works. When I take it on workout days, I'm not sore the next day. Two things to note: 1) it will not arrive quickly. It generally takes a couple of weeks to arrive after ordering it. 2) the taste is absolutely terrible. We have the strawberry flavor, and refer to it as "if strawberries could be AI, that's how this tastes." Like, we know what it's supposed to taste like, but if it wasn't labelled, I'd never come up with "strawberry." But it is so worth it. We take it religiously after going to the gym.

I’m at the gym 6 days a week and I’ve been taking aminos for years. This is by far my favorite amino supplement out there. It’s hard to find a good one with no added bad stuff for you. Here’s the thing: All aminos taste terrible mixed with water! Even the ones with fake flavoring taste bad. Mix the strawberry flavor with 2oz of OJ and take it as a shot. Thank me later. It’s actually pretty tasty that way.

I have used protein powders for years and am always looking for a better product. I love this one because it has a nice flavor and is amazingly dissolved in water. AND, maybe the best characteristic is that it is absorbed immediately into the body system. So, when I get ready to work out, I start drinking in the car on the way to the gym and I continue to drink as I workout. I don't worry about the exact amount of water, I just put a scoop in a bottle of water and I am good to go.

I tried the powdered aminos after trying the pills. The amino pills are so big and uncoated that you can’t swallow them . I take a lot of vitamins and do not have a problem with any other pills I swallow but this product is difficult to impossible to swallow. The powdered aminos have a horrible taste , extremely sweet and you feel ill after taking them. I added them to my hydrogen water and baha salt and the sweet, horrible taste of the aminos still lingers on your tongue. I wasted money trying this product again . I did google the most popular flavor , I bought strawberry , it’s horrible .

These are my favorite aminos thus far because they WORK. However, the taste isn't amazing...it's not terrible, but it definitely isn't as good as some other brands I've tried. That said though, I'm drinking it for the positive benefits and, again, it's not horrible tasting by any means, so I will continue to pay a little more and buy this supp.

I use this first thing every morning with a pinch of Baja Gold sea salt and have the energy I need to start the day. Easy to mix and flavor that is not overpowering.

I use this before I work out. I like it but it’s a little pricey for the quantity! Taste great but confirm flavor before you buy it! I wanted lemon lime not really a fan of strawberry as it’s really sweet but still gets the job done!

First off, shout out to Gary. If you're here, you know Gary. Start my day every day with a glass of this. Sometimes, depending on activity, 2-3 times per day. Remember each serving is equal to 29 grams of protein without the caloric affect, so it won't break a fast. After a few months, my body cut up nicely with honestly, very little working out. Clean food, aminos, and let your body do the magic from there. Dissolves super easy, I use wooden chopsticks because they have great leverage for stirring. Add an H2Tab in there and no coffee needed. No jitters, no head change, just clean energy and alertness. PROTIP: Get a jar of the Vanilla flavored one, and mix it with the Strawberry in one container. Amazing. Cheers!
