Medium thickness
Did the trick and is very nice. The thickness is about medium and is sticky and will stick where you need it to. Came off when i pulled it off but did not tear the skin.

Great product, high price gouging by seller
The product was great... The backs of my heels were rubbing against a seam inside my work boots and making it very painful to walk. I cut about a 2" strip and stick to the back of each heel everyday and it's a total game changer, zero pain now. Just have to be careful pulling it off at the end of the day, this stuff sticks like super glue. You can't just rip it off quick, like a band-aid, that could potentially rip your skin right off. Just start in the corner and pull it up slow or wait till you take a shower then they will come right off easy. It's a pain to have to put it on and take it off everyday, it's become an extra step to get ready for work, but it's worth it to not be in pain when I walk all night on a 10+ hr shift.I've almost finished off the roll and need to buy another one but I see the seller has jacked the price up nearly 100%!!! The first roll was $9 bucks (wasn't on sale, that was the price) and now when I go to buy it again the price is nearly $18?!! I would have bought a roll every couple a months, at least. Now looks like I'll be finding a different brand or something similar from a different seller. 100% price gouging!

This is about as thick as athletic tape our sports trainer uses to wrap ankles
This moleskin is much thinner than it looks in the photo! It will not provide the cushioning I need, but if you have a place that needs to be protected from rubbing, like the instep of a shoe, this might be just the thing.

Too thick
The material is too thick, doesn’t mold to your heal, foot or toe or anything else. Even under your socks, it pulls away from your skin.Don’t recommend it.
