SURPRISINGLY, it didn't rip, and the fan kept him pretty cool. He lasted a little over 3 hours before profusely sweating and we noticed the plastic starting to stick to his shoulders. If you're a smaller person it probably would fit better and have more air flow. Otherwise, the suit was a hit, everyone made comments about how great he looked and he didn't have to duck down to fit through doors.
