SENSARTE Nonstick Deep Frying Pan Skillet, 11-inch Saute Pan with Lid, Stay-cool Handle, Chef Pan Healthy Stone Cookware Cooking Pan, Induction Compatible

This is my third pan by Sensarte and I love their cookware. This pan is really nice; I love that it is deep and a perfect size for my family. This is the only pan I have in a blue color which is beautiful. My other pans are in the white color. These pans hold up well and heat evenly. Clean up easily and I have been very happy with this product.

This is a great pan! There's nothing about this pan that we don't like. It has a heavy base and sits flat, the handle is lightweight and comfortable and doesn't tip. The high sides are wonderful and the inclusion of a pour spout is an added bonus. It's very non-stick and super easy to clean, and we're getting excellent browning I originally bought this pan to take camping, but after trying it out in the kitchen my wife and I have decided that we love it and we're keeping it inside. While testing it out with the little camp stove which has a very concentrated flame area, the pan distributed the heat pretty well. We got good browning On about 2/3 of the bottom surface which os pretty darn great!

Great sauce pan! Deep enough for one-dish-meals (think Hamburger Helper or similar)--but still convenient to use as a general-purpose frying pan. Non-stick coating works well and cleanup is easy. It's thick enough to distribute heat across the pan nicely--even frying and simmering. Gigantic bonus points for no rivets inside the pan! The handle mounts to the pan itself rather than being riveted on to the pan the way most fry pans do it. About the only minor negative is a very slight doming--the bottom of the pan inside isn't perfectly flat; oil will tend (ever so slightly) to move toward the outside edge of the pan. It's almost unnoticeable (and if it were worse I'd return the pan). I mostly mention as it's the only negative I can think of. I've never used on high heat--always medium to low heat settings (so I don't think I've warped the pan). 4.9 stars.

These pans are great. They wipe clean easily. I have the sauce pans also. No boil overs a great plus. I cannot say enough good things about these pans. Little need for added oils/butter for frying. Remember to use low heat. Great product

This is a great pan, works for frying and slow cooking as well, the surface is non stick and you can fry what you want, its deep enough to make large meals, follow the manufacture instructions, and keep the heat at low-medium and you can cook just about anything in this pan...do not use are sole sprays like pam on these, just use a little butter or vegetable oil of your choice if you need it...but you really wont need that, enjoy

The pan is distinct looking, more so than the other standard dark brown-gray non-stick pan color. It is speckled and unique-looking. The faux wood handle is cool though evidently fake. I like that there are very few seams and nook/crannies that collect food debris, burnt stuff that makes it hard to clean. As noted in the description, the pan walls do not have rivets for the handle which makes cleaning this pan much more enjoyable. No more burnt schmutz around the rivet getting brown and nasty. The non-stick works well, I cannot complain about it. I like to turn my flame up to medium -high to almost high and it has held up without turning color on the cooking surface. It also has not gotten tacky/sticky from high heat use so far. Only time will tell. I will report back if it gets bad. We use the pan for stir-frying, making bacon, warming tortillas, pretty much everything. Nothing has stuck and it hasn't turned color. After much cooking in it, I will occasionally fry an egg without oil and it still comes out without sticking, though nothing makes things crisp up like a little oil in the pan. It seems to handle everything like a champ. It can go into the oven with moderate temps in the 300Fs. I haven't tried that yet, however. The lid fits well and works nicely. It has a round knob that screws into the lid so you do have to contend with the occasional loosening screw. I do prefer the metal U-shaped handles because of that. The drawback of the u-shaped handle is that you cannot lay the lid flat on its back like you can with the flat top round handle that comes with this one. It's personal preference. The pan is also lighter than my cast iron (as most pans will be) and we tend to use this more for everyday cooking though for searing meats and hamburgers, nothing beats the infernal heat you can inflict upon a cast iron pan. Overall, the pan seems much more high quality and unique than some of the common non-sticks out there. We are pretty rough with our cookware since they are used a great deal, so I will report back in a little while. It's a nice versatile pan for almost all of your cooking. I would get two for multiple uses at the same time, if it were not for my cast iron skillet.

I very rarely do a review on something that I've had less than a week unless it's a very bad product or a delivery issues. Not the case with this skillet as so far it's a home run. I got this to replace a similar style skillet pan I purchased from Costco where the nonstick ceramic materials seem to have been scratching & coming off In less than six months. I have to say so far it's probably the best skillet I've used on my glass cook top It heats up very quickly & evenly, something that has been an issue with glass cooktops for me-it's also very easy to hand clean I'm keeping my fingers crossed with this one and making sure I take very good care of it

I love these skillets. The best I've had in quite some time. Very scratch and stick resistant at a great price.
