Outstanding book! Highly recommend

Easy read
Probably my favourite book. I always hated reading but I took this on holiday and got injured so I was forced to pick it up. I didn’t put it down until I finished. It has helped me with prioritising skills within my role and evolve as a manager.

Superficially and without usable examples. First book in a long time that I have thrown out and wil not keep for my library.

Bossing it
Bought in a panic when I was promoted hoping it would suddenly tell me how to manage a team. It didn’t, I had to work that out on my own but it’s a good book none the less and gave me the confidence to believe in myself
