Good for adults
I take this because zinc always makes me nauseous sometimes to the point of vomiting. I take just one daily with food and I don’t get any side effects.

As an Adult, I take these for myself.
Adult dosage of normal Zinc tablets make me extremely nauseated and a bad reactions follows. I avoid taking it at all costs, though necessary to boost my immune system. These are a pleasant way of weening yourself on to the proper dose for your body size. I've done it before and it works. Even though they are 15 mg they are still too much as I get horribly sick. For a week I take half the dose 7mg. By the second wk I can take a whole one 15mg, eventually by wk 4 I will work up to 2, which puts me at the proper adult dosage I need. If your like me try these. It works!
