What color wire goes to which connector?** A: These are both red/male black/female. **Q: Why does the 14ga pic show the red to the male, but the 10ga pic shows the red to the shrouded female? I need 10ga what color to pin type will I get?** A: there is a reason for the different connectors. The Connectors with the Red being the male are to be used on the device that is not producing power such as a light, the end on the power side will have the female connector as the red for safety so the positive dose not ground out if it touches something conductive accidentally.
