My wife finds her TV voice extremely grating, impossible to stand, but it apparently sets off some primal unevolved nerve endings in an unappreciated part of my elderly body, maybe somewhere in my shrunken little brain or lower spinal cord, where knee-jerk autonomic reactions are triggered in a pathetic failing attempt to continue the undeserving human race. Where for art thou Fran? What is this? That widow's peak and those eyes, and all the sexy costumes changes that indicate an income miles above the salary of any real nanny? And an atomic daughter? Wonderful butler? No telling people's bad taste? These are not questions for polite discussion. I just love watching her and all of them. This is Entertainment with a big.... Sorry, Mom. Your little boy IS going blind, just like you said he would if he watched such silly sitcoms and continued to play with his little.... remote.

I am a fan of Fran Drescher and wanted this video very much. Unfortunately, it did not have Closed Caption and I returned the video. I am senior, senior and I need CC. This is so much witty banter on this show and without the cc I could not enjoy it. My only complaint is: on the jacket it claims to have CC

I love the series, unfortunately the last CD doesn't work hence the three stars. The two that did work had nice episodes in it, really all about Fran and Maxwell trying to become pregnant, as well as the children growing up.

The DVDs are good. The audio is almost perfect and the quality of the images is very good.

Awesome show dvd played good picture & sound were good quality no problems

As a longtime Nanny fan, I was so glad to finally see seasons four through six on DVD. This season is a little bittersweet given that it’s the final one, but it’s a good conclusion to the series. I also liked that all three of these seasons (4-6) were packaged the same way with an episode list and synopsis.

Thank god these series have been released on DVD. It was so frustrating to only have series 1-3 but now the collection can be completed. Please note this is Region 1 so you'll need a multiregion DVD player if you're out of US.

Ich bin ein absoluter Nannyfan. Die Seasan 1 - 3 habe ich schon und die kann man auch auf Videorekordern in Deutschland sehen, weil die den richtigen Code für die Region haben. Seit Ewigkeiten bin ich schon auf der Suche nach season 4 - 6, die man auch in Deutschland abspielen kann. Denn ich möchte sie nicht auf Deutsch im TV sehen, sondern lieber auf Englisch und daher hätte ich gerne die DVD. Ich habemir season 4 - 6 gekauft, da ich dachte, naja, vielleicht funktioniert es ja doch. Aber leider kann ich die DVD nicht auf meinem Videorekorder sehen und auch nicht auf meinem PC,da der Code nicht für Deutschland ist. Wir habenigendwie einen anderen Aereacode als die USA oder sowas in der Art. So genau kenne ich mcih da nicht aus. Da ich aber so ein Nannyfan bin, habe ich die DVDs dennoch behalten, weil ich hoffe, dass die DVDs vielleicht irgendwann mal auch für Deutschland zugelassen werden.

Super, dass es die Staffel auch als Set gibt und in Originalsprache. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Achtung: DVD hat den Ländercode Region 1 (USA und Kanada), kann also nicht mit jedem Player abgespielt werden.
