Construction is solid, the finish is good, and the eraser feels solid in your had. . The eraser is magnetized and it stuck well to the magnetic board that I purchased separately from another maker. No sliding or falling off. And the eraser was effective at erasing. No issues there. . I like the bright coloring. My daughter's desk is a mess.
