Made from BPA-free, food-grade silicone, these trays produce slow-melting, crystal-clear ice perfect for professional-quality cocktails at home. Dishwasher safe and easy to use, it’s the must-have upgrade for any millennial host aiming to impress. ## Description Just like in nature, frigid air meets the surface of warmer water and eventually, an ice crystal forms. Then another and another, freezing from the top down, pushing air bubbles and impurities away. ice ology ice cube system works the same way removing the air and allowing dissolved solids to settle, eliminating any cloudiness in the pure, crystal clear ice. Each ice ology tray features a lower and upper silicone mold. To use, fill the lower tray with tap water, and lower the upper silicone mold into place. During the freezing process (12 hours/overnight), bubbles and impurities filter to the bottom of the tray, leaving crystal clear ice in the ice molds! The result is an oversized cube that keeps your drink colder for longer without diluting. It's never been easier to make bar quality clear ice at home, thanks to ice ology! ## Features - It's never been easier to make "bar quality" clear ice at home! The ice cubes work the same as any others and may be used for any drink. Just makes crystal clear ice cubes (and works quite well) **Q: What are the dimensions of the cubes from the 8-cube tray?** A: I don’t know why there are three different dimensions listed, but a careful measurement of 3 separate cubes on several sides and they all are 1.25 inch near-perfect cubes. **Q: what are the dimensions of the cubes really? 1.375 inches per side, or larger? There seems to be some contradictory information here...** A: Yes, the 1.375 inches per side of the cube is accurate. It's possible to overfill the silicone molds, but there is a wide ledge inside the mold indicating the max where it should be filled for perfectly clear cubes. **Q: What are the dimensions of the ice cubes this makes? (8 cube tray) I see many conflicting numbers here…** A: The ice•ology clear ice tray by Dexas produces 8 cubes that are approx. 1.4" cubes. One dimension can become slightly more if the silicone molds are over-filled. Just make sure the water level is even with the top "ledge" of the silicone molds for consistency. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great. I found it simple to use. *by on Reviewed in Canada 8 January 2024* I’m very impressed with the ice spheres it makes. Have been using it for a few weeks now. I just use tap water and the results are clear and virtually flawless. I let it warm up/defrost fully between uses and don’t leave the ice in for longer then a day before removing them to store in a freezer bag until use. Don’t have any silicon smell. I dunno. Seems pretty straightforward to me. ### ⭐⭐⭐ SEnt back unused after researching *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 29 November 2023* Returned after researching as you need a temperature that your freezer is not at, to guarantee clear icecubes ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gelo Limpo *by on Reviewed in Brazil 18 April 2023* Funciona muito bem, seguindo as recomendações. Consegui fazer gelo de otima qualidade à -17 Graus Celsius. ## Frequently Bought Together - Dexas Ice•ology Clear Ice Maker Tray for Crystal Clear Ice, 8 Square Cubes BPA Free Silicone Clear Ice Cube Maker, Craft Ice Cube Molds for Cocktails, Drinks & Whiskey, Gift Ideas - BERLINZO Reusable Ice Storage Bag - Freezer Safe Leak Proof Silicone and Plastic-Free Lunch Bag for Ice and Food Storage - BPA-Free - 2 Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.dk/products/317159021-ice-ology-clear-ice-tray-8-count-cube-tray](https://www.desertcart.dk/products/317159021-ice-ology-clear-ice-tray-8-count-cube-tray) --- *Product available on Desertcart Denmark* *Store origin: DK* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
