The Nathan Running Handheld Water Bottle is comfortable to use and well-designed for runs. Grip and fit are solid. It sits well in the hand and feels secure without needing to constantly adjust your grip, which is important when you’re moving. Convenient for quick access. Easy to take a quick sip without breaking stride. Main drawback is temperature retention. Even starting with partially frozen water, the heat from your hands warms it up pretty quickly. By the time you actually need a drink, it’s no longer cold. Comfortable and convenient, but if keeping your water cold is important, this may fall short on longer runs.
