Takumi 9-Inch Single Point, Size 8

Clover has an excellent product here. I've been knitting for forty years, and have used aluminum, coated aluminum, plastic, and wood needles. Clover's bamboo needles are the best. They're light and smooth; the yarn slides easily along the shaft without slipping off accidentally. The points are sharp, but not so sharp that they easily split the yarn. I have several pairs of Clover needles and love them. These are the only needles I use. They're also a good value for the money. I highly recommend them.

These knitting needles are both lightweight and smooth, they are finished well, so even this cheap acrylic multi strand yarn didnt catch on the wood and slid nicely. They are also very straight. Overall was worth the purchase.

These needles are great. They are lightweight and have a nice finish. They work well and haven't lost any of their gloss since I've been using them. The length is fine, they have kept their straightness, and are easy to work with. I like this very good needle from Clover.

Just what I wanted! They don't get cold, they have no slivers, they don't snag. I have a few Clover needles. I like them a lot.

I love this product and the finish is fantastic. Very smooth and the polish feels amazing. I would have given five stars but I ordered size 8 and received a size 5. I love the needle so much I don’t think I would return it.

Good learning needles

In love with natural ~~ be they wood or bamboo ~~ needles. I quit knitting many years ago because I found metal needles esthetically lacking, and plastic, don’t even ask. Takumi makes the best bamboo needles I’ve found: sharp, even, smooth and pleasant to. Work with. Much less fatigue with large projects. Some knitters may not care for the very smooth surfaces of well crafted wood but except for extremely fine threads/yarns, i’m An all-natural needler now. For folks having issues with extreme slick surfaces of needles, Knit Picks (available thru Amazon or on their direct website) make a ‘four-square needle’ which will help with thin delicate silk yarns, or the like. I’d love to see Clover come out with a similar product in bamboo in the smaller gage needles.

These are the perfect size for the knitting that I do and they work beautifully. I keep several pairs around so I can do different knitting projects. They're light but sturdy, and the yarn doesn't slide off the way it does on metal knitting needles.
