It cooks up just fine after mixing after about 2 minutes.. **Q: Is it a good source of fiber?** A: Nope. Eat oatmeal for fiber. And regular cream of wheat has fewer calories . Good source of iron. **Q: Is this price for a single box of 12 packets or multiple boxes?** A: This is for a single box of 12 packets. This price is ridiculously greedy. This box is $3.50 at my local grocery store. This seller certainly is not a “Major Saver” as implied by the seller name. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy and tasty *by R***Y on September 22, 2026* They taste great with milk and artificial sweetener.
